  • We are situated between the villages of Lostock Green & Lach Dennis, just off the A556 between Knutsford and Northwich.

    The nearest train station is Lostock Gralam and the nearest mainline station is Crewe.

  • Each service is allocated an hour for arrival to the Crematorium, the service itself and departure. An additional hour is available free of charge if required for a long service or larger attendance

  • Our office is open for enquiries Monday-Friday, 9am-4.30pm.

    The gardens are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and Weekends & Bank Holidays 9am-5pm

  • We have a state of the art media system allowing you to arrange for visual tributes including videos and slideshows; play music through the service; and even webcast the service live online.

  • Yes, we have several options for catering before or after the service. Check out our ‘What we offer’ page for more information.

  • We have 62 car parking spaces (including 3 accessible spaces). If you are anticipating a larger attendance, please let us know and we can utilise additional space on site and arrange for staff to direct visitors to available parking.

  • With a larger attendance, we advise that a service takes place on the half hour spanning across two time slots to allow additional time to arrive and depart the grounds. We also have additional space in the hall of remembrance where we can seat additional mourners and provide standing room with view of the chapel, screens and within range of the speakers.

  • We have seating for 80 in the main hall of remembrance, 30 additional seats adjoining the main hall with view of the lectern or screens and additional standing room in the adjoining flower room with a side view of the main hall.

  • Yes, we have webcasting facilities available where family can either view the service live or after it has taken place at a convenient time.

  • We recommend arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before the service to avoid clashing with an earlier service and to ensure adequate parking is available.

  • Yes, situated in our reception area. We have three toilets, one of which is accessible.

  • Yes, the building is all on one level with dropped kerbs for ease of access. We also have accessible, wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities.

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us if you would like to see the facilities for yourself. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time to visit and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

  • We understand that a pet can very much be part of the family. You are more than welcome to bring yours or your loved ones’ beloved pet along to the service.
